Affirm Psychiatric Nursing Inc was founded by Fidelis Azeke, DHSC, MSN, PMHNP-BC, RN — a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based mental healthcare.

The practice was built with a clear vision: to make psychiatric care accessible, supportive, and patient-centered for individuals across all stages of life. From children and adolescents to adults and older adults, the goal is to ensure every patient receives care that is respectful, personalized, and grounded in clinical excellence.

Fidelis Azeke’s approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric treatment, medication management, and comprehensive clinical assessment, supported by a collaborative and holistic model of care. The focus is always on creating a safe and trusting environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
